Maybe you’ve tried talk therapy, medications, bubble baths, a shaman shaking feathers over your body, or picturing a giant red stop sign—all things that I’ve tried—and you’ve experienced little improvement. You’re wondering what’s next for you, besides the next obsession and compulsion.

I'm here to relate to those with OCD and anxiety, share my experiences and tools, and offer individuals committed programs of care that promote inner peace and self-confidence. Consider me a resource that helps living well with your doubt feel more possible, sustainable and even enriching. As I study to become both an Ayurvedic Health Coach and massage therapist, I’m excited to expand my capacity to help you experience more harmony in your body, mind, and daily life.
